MTA’s process consists of the following two steps:
The Pre-PO Phase encompasses a comprehensive set of tasks aimed at laying the groundwork for a successful project.
This phase begins with engaging with you, our client, to understand your initial product brief, and continues with ongoing communication and management of interactions between the MTA teams, clients, and factories.
It involves overall project management, including the initial design and development of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) while simultaneously identifying suitable factories and suppliers for product realization.
The Post-PO is actioned by initiating tooling and getting ready-for-manufacturing (RFM), the quality control basis of which is controlled and benchmarked by: The Sign-Off (Golden Sample) and a detailed Product Specification Sheet.
This phase encompasses several key activities to ensure the smooth execution of the project.
